- Canadian cities are most resilient when compared to the rest of the world.
- Despite the capacity to bounce back, American cities are relatively vulnerable.
- Cities ranked 11 to 30 are fairly close to the top 10 in their scores which deems them to be fairly resilient. Most European cities fit into this cluster.
- The weakest 20 cities are in emerging markets. Volatile or erratic economic growth has not garnered the quality and long term resilience of these cities.
